Co-Extruded EPDM Gasket With Butyl Sealant

VISIONstrip® is a co-extrusion consisting of an EPDM rubber seal positioned at the sightline with a 100% solids, cross-linked preformed butyl sealant bonded below the rubber extrusion. This co-extrusion allows you to achieve a positive wet seal between the metal and glass surfaces while providing a clean gasket appearance at the sightline. VISIONstrip is used as part of a customized compression glazing system with a specific metal design to properly engage the rubber seal.
